Curriculum Vitae:
Jun Yan, of Chinese citizenship, is a recently appointed associate professor at the Dalian University of Technology (DUT). He is within the Department of Engineering Mechanics and State Key Lab of Structural Analysis for Industrial Equipment. He is also the vice dean of the Department of Engineering Mechanics. Four years after receiving his Ph.D. degree, associate professor Yan has authored or co-authored 40 published peer reviewed journal articles and has contributed to 32 invited or contributed conference talks. He has awarded with Young Scientist of the Fifth China-Japan-Korea Joint Symposium on Optimization of Structural and Mechanical Systems.
