The study on dynamic features of pantograph and overhead line interaction in high speed

This project is one of the six projects of the 973 program “Basic mechanics problems for high speed train under the conditions of 500 kilometers per hour. This project mainly focuses the studies on (1) establish the parametric variational principle for the dynamic contact and nonlinear analysis of pantograph and overhead line interaction; (2) establish the efficient and accurate numerical methods for the dynamic analysis of pantograph and overhead line interaction; (3) using numerical simulation approach, analyses the dynamic features of pantograph and overhead line interaction in high speed.
