报告摘要：This seminar shares with the participants, selected practices on urban water management, and surface water practices in Singapore. Successful management of surface water is a hard-earned achievement in resource- and land-scarce Singapore, and yet the lion city has succeeded as one of the top urban centers and industrial leader in water practices, water technology, and conveyance of water, and pipe networks management system.
