报告人简介：

Dr. Yong-Cheng Liu has held the position of Research and Development Fellow at Ansys, Inc. since 2000. He is also a group leader of Solvers, Linear Dynamic and Variational Technology Teams in the Ansys Mechanical Business Unit. Prior to joining ANSYS Inc., Dr. Liu worked as a consultant by using CAE software to solve industrial problems in Canada. His work deals with nonlinear solid mechanics, linear equation solution and finite element development. Recently, he has led projects focused on high performance computing, nonlinear solution procedures, linear perturbation and eigenvalue analyses. He received his B.Sc. degree from the University of Aeronautics and Astronautics of Nanjing in P. R. China, and both M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees from University College of Swansea in the United Kingdom.
